Your notice stays with you.
The private date tool does not send or save what you enter. The separate inquiry form asks only for the information needed to reply.
Who is responsible
California Notice Guide is maintained by Ari Rubinstein, California real estate salesperson #01973719, with Equity Union Real Estate (Dream Team Real Estate Consultants Inc.) · DRE #01811831. Contact ari@arisellsla.com about access, corrections, deletion or other privacy questions.
Information collected and why
The inquiry form collects sale interest, name, email, optional phone, property ZIP code, document type, optional trustee name, optional printed sale date, preferred reply method and contact consent. It also records the fixed source “notice-guide” and whether the submission is a test. We use that information to respond, assess whether a real-estate conversation is appropriate, and maintain necessary inquiry records. We do not request a street address, loan balance, loan/account number or document upload. No open-ended message is requested.
Who receives it
Inquiries are available to Ari and, when necessary, authorized brokerage personnel supporting the request. Netlify processes submissions and routine hosting/security information, such as IP address, browser details and request time. A reply may be handled by Ari’s business email provider. Information may also be retained or disclosed when required by law. We do not sell inquiries or route them to a statewide lead marketplace. A referral to another professional requires a separate conversation and your permission.
How long it is kept
The intake-retention policy is to remove routine inquiries from the form inbox and working email copies within 90 days of receipt, unless the inquiry becomes an active brokerage matter or must be kept for a legal reason. If continued work requires keeping information, only necessary details move into the brokerage file and follow the brokerage’s applicable retention schedule. Active transaction, complaint or legal-hold records may be retained longer; deletion is not promised where recordkeeping duties apply. Test submissions are removed within 30 days.
Removal from active systems does not immediately erase a service provider’s backups or security logs; those follow the provider’s own retention cycle. An operational deletion process must be in place before this form opens.
The private date tool
The notice type, trustee, dates and listing-checklist answers entered on the homepage are processed in your browser only. The site does not place those entries in cookies, local storage, a URL, a database or analytics. Clearing the form or closing the page removes the in-page copy. If you print or save the timeline, you control the printed or saved copy.
Measurement
Analytics is disabled in the preview. When enabled for launch, the site is configured to count a successfully accepted inquiry as generate_lead, with a test flag. It does not send form entries, notice type, trustee, sale date, ZIP code, sale interest, source attribution or loan details to Google Analytics or Tag Manager. Form-interaction tracking, advertising signals, remarketing and user-provided-data collection must remain off. Google may still process technical connection information when its service is used. The analytics request uses a generic inquiry-page location without URL query strings.
Your choices
You can use the guides and private date tool without submitting an inquiry. You can ask Ari to correct or remove an inquiry, subject to required retention. Contact consent covers your requested reply; it is not consent to automated marketing calls, texts or an email newsletter. We do not intentionally collect information from children.
