Quality Loan Service Corporation is named on your foreclosure notice. What does that tell you?

The trustee name is one piece of the file. It does not tell you by itself whether the home will be sold, whether a postponement applies, or what your best option is. Start with the exact document and date.

Quality Loan has separate borrower and public portal paths

For a notice on your own home, start at Quality Loan’s official homepage and choose its borrower access. The site describes that route as providing loan details, sale dates and postponement updates. Its public/professional route is intended for sale searches and results.

Quality Loan says its redesigned MyQLS service requires existing users to register again. If an old login stops working, use the registration link on the official site. We have not signed into a borrower account or verified a particular loan’s status.

Keeping the home: use the Home Retention contact

Quality Loan publishes a separate Home Retention number, 877-886-9757, available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific. The general California inquiry number is 866-645-7711. Its official contact page explains the departments. Confirm your servicer separately on your mortgage statement.

Match the file before comparing dates

  1. Take the trustee-sale file number and property identifier from your own recorded notice.
  2. Match those identifiers before using a portal result.
  3. Compare the notice’s printed date with the current status supplied by Quality Loan. A mismatch needs clarification; the calculator cannot resolve it.
  4. Bring the date you want to examine to the private date tool. Entries are not transmitted to Quality Loan.

Listing-agreement delivery requires file-specific instructions

The published general office is 2763 Camino Del Rio South, Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92108. That contact listing does not verify an address or receiving procedure for §2924f agreements.
