Clear Recon Corp is named on your foreclosure notice. What does that tell you?

The trustee name is one piece of the file. It does not tell you by itself whether the home will be sold, whether a postponement applies, or what your best option is. Start with the exact document and date.

Start with the California listing route

Clear Recon’s official homepage separates California and Alaska trustee sales. Choose “CA Listings” for a California property. That route first presents Clear Recon’s California disclaimer and its agreement step; review the terms yourself before proceeding.

An online listing is not a confirmed auction appointment

Clear Recon’s California disclaimer warns that listed sale dates and bid amounts can change and are not guaranteed. Do not treat a displayed date as proof that a sale will occur, or a missing listing as proof of cancellation. Confirm your file’s current status using the contact details on your notice.

  1. Choose the California route, then match the trustee file number and property identifier to your notice.
  2. Record the status and the time you checked it for your own records.
  3. Resolve a conflict between the portal and your notice directly with Clear Recon.
  4. Use the private date tool for arithmetic; it does not query or update Clear Recon’s listings.

Post-sale bid instructions are a different process

The official contact page has a separate section for California Intents to Bid after an auction. That section’s delivery instructions do not establish how to deliver a pre-sale listing agreement under §2924f. Ask for the correct instructions for your file rather than borrowing the post-sale procedure.

Contact Clear Recon with your file number

Its published general number is 866-931-0036; the office is 3333 Camino Del Rio South, Suite 225, San Diego, CA 92108. The contact page lists Monday–Friday hours, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding holidays. A general office address is not verified statutory receiving instructions.

What this guide has verified

These differences come from Clear Recon’s public homepage, California disclaimer and contact page. We have not accepted its listing terms, authenticated recorded sample notices or verified a particular auction venue. No fixed document layout or Los Angeles sale location is asserted here.
